Ylos Wallet: How does it work?

What is the Ylos Wallet?

 

The Wallet is an internal digital wallet on the Ylos Trading platform, centralizing all your money within our system, such as: 

Profits from withdrawals from your accounts; 

Deposits you make (via Pix or card); 

Points (feature available soon); 

Affiliate balance;

 

Where to find the Wallet? 

1. Log in to the Ylos platform; 

2. In the upper right corner, look for the icon with the money symbol; 

o In Portuguese: "Carteira" 

o In English: "Wallet" 

3. Click on the icon → opens your wallet screen;

 

What appears on the Wallet screen? 

Total Balance: amount available for you to use or withdraw; 

Available withdrawal amount: portion of the amount you can send to the bank; 

Transaction history: everything that entered or left, with date, value, and even reason; 

Action buttons: withdraw balance, add balance, buy with wallet.

 

How does money flow with the Wallet? 

Withdrawal approved → Goes directly to the Wallet

Money only enters the wallet after the withdrawal is approved. If the withdrawal is rejected, it does not enter.

 

What can you do with your Wallet balance? 

Withdraw to your bank: Click on "Withdraw balance" → choose the amount you wish to withdraw → sent to Rise (our payment partner) → credited to your bank account; 

Purchase account, reset, activation: Go to the store → choose a product → click on "pay with wallet"; 

Pay for automatic renewal: If you have a balance, the renewal will be deducted from your Wallet balance;

 

How to add funds to your Wallet (deposit)?

 

Step-by-step: 

1. In your Wallet, click on "Add balance"; 

2. Choose: Pix or Credit Card; 

3. Enter the amount;

 4. Pay; 

5. The balance will be credited to your Wallet in minutes;

 Withdrawals are only valid for available withdrawal amounts from accounts or affiliate commissions; amounts deposited in the Wallet are no longer withdrawable.

 

Are you an affiliate? Now your commission balance is credited to your Wallet every 1st of the month!

 

Can I lose the money in my wallet if I break my account? 

NO! Once the withdrawal is approved and credited to your wallet, it's yours. If you break your account, the money in your wallet is not affected.

 

Can other people send money to my wallet? 

Yes, no problem at all!

 

Can I transfer money from my wallet to another person? 

No. Only for internal use or withdrawal to your bank account.

 

What currencies are supported in the wallet?

 All prices and transactions are denominated in US dollars (USD). For withdrawals, the user specifies the amount in USD.
