What time can I trade on Ylos?

What time can I trade on Ylos?

Trading sessions run from Sunday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Chicago time). There is no trading on Saturdays, and between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Chicago time) there is a break between trading sessions.

Therefore, you can trade without any problem during the times mentioned, but to avoid being positioned and risking losing your account, it is essential that you close your positions 30 minutes before 4:00 PM (Chicago time).

At what time does the day change or close on Ylos Trading?

The day changes and is considered closed on Ylos when it also changes in Chicago. Therefore, midnight in Chicago is the end of the day on Ylos.

Shouldn't the trading day only be considered from the opening of the trading session onwards?

No, because your profits are daily and not per trading session, and it's possible to have traded in the morning and at night, and even having traded on different sessions, you opened and closed a position before midnight Chicago time, meaning on the same day.

Is Sunday considered a trading day? What happens to the balance earned on Sundays?

No, Sundays are not considered trading days at Ylos since June 14, 2026, and the balance earned on Sundays will be considered as having been earned on Monday.

What happens if I leave an order open after the market closes?

Your account will be blocked and the balance will not be restored, as this would be a trade initiated on one trading session and closed only on the next, and only Day Trade operations – opened and closed on the same trading session – are allowed on Ylos.

My account failed because I remained positioned after the market closed, what happens to the balance?

The balance will be zeroed regardless of the accumulated value in the account, whether the account is a challenge or funded type.

What time should I close my trades to avoid losing my account for remaining positioned after the market closes?

At least 30 minutes before the close of trading, up to 3:30 PM (Chicago time) from Monday to Friday on regular days, with trading operating on normal hours.

On holidays and commemorative dates, closing may be brought forward, and all operations must be closed 30 minutes before the close of trading.

I opened the operation on one day and closed it on another. On which day will it appear on the dashboard?

The system will consider the closing date of the order, not the opening date. Therefore, both the operation and its result will appear in the balance of the day you closed it.
