How do I reset my account?

A reset is the opportunity for a trader to operate an account with a failed status, and therefore only broken accounts can be reset. To reset your account, you need to select it from the accounts present in your Ylos profile, and then go to the bottom of the page to the Reset Wallet option.

Both Challenge and Funded accounts can be reset, however, some points need to be highlighted:

Resetting Funded accounts restart the balance and drawdown and can be done an unlimited number of times;

Resetting Instant Funding accounts restart the balance and drawdown and can be done a maximum of 5 times per account;

Resetting Challenge accounts restart the balance and drawdown and can be done an unlimited number of times;

I reset my account, but the drawdown is not zero. What do I do?

After a reset or account activation, the drawdown restart takes about 10 minutes.

Therefore, simply wait a few minutes and refresh the page to begin operating with everything at zero.
