Can I have both a personal account and a business account with Ylos at the same time?

No. Each customer can only have one account at Ylos, whether it's a personal account (PF) or a business account (PJ).

If a customer wants to change their Personal account to a Business account or vice versa, they must delete the current account and all subscriptions linked to it, since no Challenge or Funded account subscriptions will be migrated for this change.
