Yes, it is permitted for a legal entity to purchase accounts and operate through Ylos Trading. To acquire an account as a Legal Entity (PJ), you must use the PJ's data during registration and account purchase. However, there are some important considerations:
Withdrawals: If an account is registered as a Legal Entity, profit payments will only be made to Legal Entity bank accounts. The same principle applies to accounts registered as Individuals (PF), where payments will only be made to PF bank accounts.
Registration: During the account purchase and activation process, you will need to provide company information, such as CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), company name, and other corporate data necessary for verification.
Operational Rules: Regardless of whether it is an PF or PJ account, Ylos Trading's operational rules, including drawdown limits, trading days, and other trading guidelines, remain the same.
